Service Agreement

Scope of Work
Oneway Service will perform wildlife eviction, exclusion, trapping, and/or repair services as outlined in the estimate or proposal. Methods may include one-way doors, sealing entry points, and/or trapping.

Eviction Process
All accessible entry points will be sealed except for the primary exit where a device may be installed. A follow-up visit (typically 7–14 days) will be required to confirm eviction and permanently seal the final opening.

Trapping Services
Trapping requires a permit issued by Oneway Service. State regulations require traps to be checked daily. Trapping services include a setup fee and daily monitoring fees. Different wildlife may have different pricing structures.

Access Requirement
Customer agrees to provide full access to all necessary areas including attic, roofline, crawlspace, and exterior. Failure to provide access may delay or void service without refund.

Exclusion & Repairs
We seal and reinforce entry points using professional-grade materials. Cosmetic matching (paint/color) is the homeowner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Limitations of Liability
Oneway Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden structural issues, or animals not previously detected. We do not guarantee against future infestations from new or unrelated entry points.

Wildlife Behavior Disclaimer
Wild animals are unpredictable. While all efforts are made to remove target animals, complete removal timelines may vary.

Fees & Payments
A deposit may be required prior to service. Additional fees may apply for:

• Heights above 20 ft (+$100)
• Jobs requiring additional technician (+$100)
• Additional entry points or unforeseen conditions

No Interior Repairs
We do not repair damage inside walls, ceilings, or inaccessible voids. We may repair accessible exterior components such as vents or covers.

Agreement
By signing below, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
